1. Scope of Services & Deliverables

Aura Digital Technologies LLC provides custom web development, logo and brand system design, domain and company registration support, ongoing website management, social media management, digital menu boards, digital signature configuration, cloud accounting workflows, and professional document/PDF preparation as defined in client proposals.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

• Client Deliverables: Upon settlement of contracted fees, ownership of commissioned custom websites, brand marks, and print-ready publications transfers cleanly to the client.
• Studio Tooling: Underlying generic utilities and build patterns remain the non-exclusive property of Aura Digital, with a perpetual license for use as embedded within client projects.

3. Managed Hosting & Availability

Production websites hosted under Aura Digital edge infrastructure target 99.99% global edge availability. Scheduled updates, upstream registrar delays, or third-party external changes outside our administrative access are excluded from availability commitments.

4. Billing & Payment Terms

Invoicing, retainers, and direct pass-through domain or production costs are coordinated through billing@auradigitals.com. Changes outside approved scope are confirmed prior to execution.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

This website and general service descriptions are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Digital Technologies LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party outages or unauthorized credential misuse.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
